Congratulations to our 2009 Lincolnland Legends Winners!

Thanks to all who participated and attended our Lincolnland Legends Awards Gala on April 4, and congratulations to our top two statewide winners: First Place Winner Jessica Beam of Oakland High School, and Second Place Winner Kari Yamamoto of Lakes Community High School.

In addition, 12 other district winners were celebrated at the gala, based on their essay nominating their choice for an Illinoisian who lives and teaches the ideals set forth by Abraham Lincoln.
